COMPENSATION: $6/hour + Production bonus

Job description:
If you enjoy working with colors, decorating, and enjoy the satisfaction of transforming our clients lives through our remodeling their kitchen, bathroom, and flooring, this position will be the right fit for you. This is for you if you enjoy hearing compliments and appreciation from clients who are grateful to you in helping them have a better life through the products and service you will help provide! You are responsible for facilitating a positive client experience to generate reviews, referrals and cross sales.
You’ll have plenty of support and initially will work closely with your supervisor to help ensure delivery of excellent customer experience.
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent English Communication Skills – able to speak and write clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Must be confident handling phone calls, emails, and documentation.
- Detail-Oriented – able to catch small errors and keep track of multiple documents, materials, and steps throughout each project.
- Flexible and Good with Time Management – can adapt to shifting schedules and priorities while keeping deadlines in check. Must be efficient at juggling multiple tasks across various projects.
- Strong Negotiation Skills – able to resolve price or scheduling concerns with vendors, installers, and sometimes clients, while maintaining professionalism.
- Problem Solving & Math Skills – able to think critically when unexpected issues arise and perform basic calculations for measurements, product quantities, or cost breakdowns.
- Likeable with Strong People Skills – clients should feel comfortable and confident with you—relationship-building is essential for project trust and success.
- Excellent Follow-Up Skills – consistently checks in with vendors, teams, and clients to ensure tasks and deadlines are moving forward as planned.
- Works Well Under Pressure / Stress Management – capable of staying composed and productive even when dealing with delays, client concerns, or unexpected changes.
Requirements:
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Background in building construction kitchen and bath remodel is a PLUS
- Dispatching/Logistics background is a PLUS
- Architecture and Interior designer by profession is a big advantage
- Proficiency with basic office software (email, spreadsheets, CRM, software, tools)
- Detail Oriented
- Flexibility to manage time and prioritize projects, skills in multi-tasking.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Facilitate timely preparation and delivery of all required documentation
- Coordinate the remodeling project
- Introduce yourself to the client as the project lead
- Schedule all installation dates with client and installation teams
- Order all products related to the project
- Manage financing application/documentation
- Collect payments related to the job and submit to the office
- Maintain pro-active management style approach to anticipate and minimize or prevent potential problems or conflicts
- Work with new installation and Sales teams
- Other tasks assigned
