Remote Scheduling Coordinator

Job Description:

JOB TITLE: Scheduling Coordinator  

JOB TYPE:  Full-time hours available

SCHEDULE:

  • Morning/ Afternoon Pacific time
  • 6 days/week and 36 hours/week
  • Rotational schedule

COMPENSATION:

  • $4/hour – 1st 2 weeks
  • $5/hour – 3rd week to 3rd month
  • $6/hour – 4th month onwards

 Job Description: 

This role will be responsible for maintaining an efficient, productive, professional, and organized environment. 

In this role, you will need to be a motivated leader with a positive attitude and management experience. You will directly supervise the business line, department leaders and administrative staff.  

 

Ideal candidates 

  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) – Able to clearly and professionally communicate with clients and team members through calls, emails, and messages.

  • Comfortable making and receiving phone calls – Confident in handling both inbound and outbound calls as part of daily tasks, with a positive phone presence.

  • Quick to learn and follow routines and scripts – Able to adapt to structured workflows and use provided scripts effectively while still sounding natural and engaging.

  • Detail-oriented and organized – Pays attention to small details, ensures accurate data entry, and keeps track of multiple tasks or client follow-ups.

  • Professional, friendly, and client-focused – Maintains a courteous and approachable demeanor while prioritizing customer satisfaction and professionalism.

  • Adaptable and flexible – Willing to adjust to changes in schedule, responsibilities, or team needs without losing productivity.

  • Team player who can also work independently – Collaborates well with others but also shows accountability in solo tasks without constant supervision.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn – Embraces challenges with enthusiasm and is open to training, feedback, and growth.

Responsibilities: 

  • Follow our routine and procedures  
  • Learn & execute our scripts  
  • Answer inbound and make outbound calls 
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service 
  • Hit the desired goals for appointments
  • Other tasks as assigned 

 Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years Sales experience in a call center environment is a MUST 
  • Great Phone Etiquette 
  • Ability to multitask  
  • Excellent verbal and oral communication skills  
  • Ability to communicate effectively and concisely 
  • Detail Oriented 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Etc. 
  • Ability to adapt – new procedures, new scripts, new systems
