Our commitment extends beyond superior craftsmanship. We provide measurable assurances that protect your investment, timeline, and property. The following ten guarantees are incorporated into every residential renovation agreement.
1. Price-Protection Guaranteed
If a lower written quotation for equivalent products, installation methods, and service terms is obtained within thirty (30) calendar days of contract execution, we will match the competitor’s price and issue an additional credit of five hundred dollars ($500.00).
2. First-Quality Material Standard
All products are factory-first, brand-new, and free from reclaimed or regrind content. Every item meets California Air Resources Board (C.A.R.B.) Phase 2 emissions standards for indoor air quality compliance.
3. Timeline Compliance Guarantee
Project completion dates are fixed at contract signing. If work extends beyond the agreed schedule through no fault of the client, a fifty-dollar ($50.00) per credit up to a pre-defined maximum will be applied to the final invoice.
4. True-Price Assurance
The contract price is final and all-inclusive for the stated scope of work. No additional charges will be presented unless the client initiates a written change order.
5. Milestone Sign-Off Protocol
Progress payments are linked to documented phase-completion inspections. Work advances only after the client’s written approval, ensuring adherence to industry standards and individual expectations.
6. Dedicated Project Coordination
A single, experienced Project Coordinator is assigned to oversee scheduling, communication, and quality control from inception through final walk-through.
7. Lifetime Product Warranty
Premium product lines are supported by manufacturer-backed lifetime material warranties. Specific terms and conditions are detailed within the executed agreement.
8. Lifetime Workmanship Warranty
Installation services are warranted for the lifetime of the product against defects in workmanship. Remediation will be provided at no cost to the homeowner, subject to the warranty provisions contained in the agreement.
9. Installer Professionalism Certification
All field personnel undergo comprehensive background screening and formal skills training. Each installer affirms a professionalism pledge that mandates respectful conduct, property protection, and jobsite cleanliness.
10. Property Protection Coverage
Jobsite and structural protection are insured under a one-million-dollar ($1,000,000) property damage policy. Any damage attributable to our operations will be repaired or monetarily resolved at our expense.
